Respected Sir,
The FRIENDS Janaseva Kendram (a service initiated to pay bills of various departments) staffs at Chembukavu, Thrissur, Kerala, Pin-code 680020 deals the customers with an unpleasant attitude. They demand to pay cash with exact change. I gave them a 500 rupee note 3 rupees in coin for the telephone bill of Rs 153. Still they said they needed exact change and sent me to another counter. The staff in the later counter, but with much hesitation received the bill. While getting up I saw more than enough notes in both staffs register to give the change.
