I am reciving the call from this company at giving me a treathning call

I have take from this company, was payment it regulary, but i changed my bank, that the reason i was not able to make payment on time, but i was trough the rep, when i asked for the statment, they told me they will give it, but they are not ready to & not atall co-operative, plz check the infromation & reply.
