Vide receipt no. 8318/07-08 dated 23.02.2008 from your Panipat centre, I have taken annual service contract by paying Rs.5056/- to the Company. Ever since I have been suffering on account of services of the Company. so I stopped complaining and kept the machine unusable for long six months. finally about a month back i again started complaining about the malfunctioning of the machine. Your learned engineers do come, at their own convenient time to set the product right. when they set it right, again the problem occurs within one or two next washings, thereby putting us in lot of inconvenience and problems.

We feel either the Engineers do not have time to finally test the product to their satisfaction, or they lack caliber, since we are non technical we are unable-to comment in this regard, but we are suffering by paying the huge amount. If the machine was unserviceable, the AMC should have been declined. So, most humbly, we request that either the proper arrangement be made for the services or the AMC amount may kindly be refunded so that the alternative arrangeable could be decided at our end.

An early response shall behindhand appreciated to avoid further harassment to either party.
