Home Lone LHPUN – 351029

I had taken a home lone of Rs. 7, 50, 000/- around month of Nov -1999 @ 13.50 % P.A from ICICI Ltd.. The lone account number allotted for this HMUM – 234.
The repayment of the lone for pre-close of the same was done by means of post dated cheques of ICICI Bank without any cheque bounces.
I have done 2/3 times pre-payments and have documents for the same. The EMI i have given in around Sept 07. I met number of times officiers for the Clearance and my oriorinal documents.
First 1.5 Years they were telling everything is correct but Bombay office is not sending documents. Now they are showing some amount, around 21000.00 is yet pending.
I hope you will understand my present position and help me in this regard to get rid of this situation and resolve the problem.
