At the out set we wish to bring to your kind attention that I had requested for de-activation of Broad Band on 15.10. which was NOT DONE BY BSNL and we were charged Rental for the mistake committed by BSNL staff till November. Then, the issue was settled in December after several complaints and the Broad Band facility was de-activated only from 17.12.2008; and again we were charged Rs 474/- for the month of December even though we have not used the broadband facility.

Given the above circumstances, we stopped using the above line and our request to rectify the bill fell on DEAF EARS of BSNL, Chennai staff who asked us to approach GR Complex office.

In the mean-while our telephone number was dis-connected in April which we never bothered.

After several arguments the issue was sorted out and a final settlement was reached, the payment which was made by us 7.7.2009.

Now, we got a bill for the same tel. number [Bill Ref: 929703105 / 7.8.2009] as fixed monthly charges from 1.4.2009 to 31.7.2009 eventhough our line was under de-activation.

Kindly advice how to take action against such an organisation who is trying to cheat the public and harass us like this.
