Still not Receiving Refund Payment

I have received your answer regardind my refund order that refund payment against your application in the aforesaid IPO, was routed through ECS/for below details as captured from the D.P based on the Demat Account captured from the application form,

Refund no. 5451129, Amount (Rs.)-18, 360/-, Bank name SBI, Account number-01190033342

ECS Code:400002146

based on our query, Refund banker has informed us that above referred transaction was processed though RBI Sequence number -1120126164, Since they have to return the payment so that the same could be refunded to me.

but still date refund payment not refund back in my Account, So please try to understand my problem, And Do Need Full in my not refunded payment
