I have applied for free look cancellation in this company

but the company not giving my money refund

i want to cancel my policy because after getting the policy documents

i disagree with the conditions

but company gives the reason that if you have signed the all documents by you it means you are satisfied with conditions, then we can not cancel your policy.

please do the needful for this.

i do not want to continue this policy

and please tell me rules & regulations of free look period
