Dear Sir / Mam,

I am ASHOK KUMAR JAISWAL. I was working in RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD. HAJIPUR, BRANCH, BIHAR as a OFFICE BOY though G4S facility services pvt Ltd. My employee code is 1112. My joining date is 1st janurary 2008. But unfortunatlly my company contract has been broken with RLIC & Recently Iam working in RLIC through JYOTI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES PVT.LTD as a OFFICE BOY. This is just inform you Please find out my PF STATUS, MY PF A/C No-BR/8780/000626.I could not get our PF Amount yet. So, please check the P.F status and revert me as soon as posible.
