Last 15 day we do not have any broadband connection in our Liluah factory, address is 21A Mirpara Road, kol- . We are complain in 10.09.08 vide docket no.80065. When our factory people in Liluah went to your BSNL Office, Liluah regarding broadband problem. Your staff told that there were in underground fault and we are not receiving any work order against these fault, when we are receiving work order then we are started working about these matter.
