From last 15 days, my internet is not working. Everytime we want to connect the internet but there has been a error is 691 .what facility bsnl give to their customers? Many times I go to the bsnl office for complaint, these time I complaint two times, complain no. is F4017 & 877 vide date no. is 03.12.08 & 10.12.08 . Only one time person comes to our Factory at 21A, Mirpara Road, Howrah, Liluah to attend the complaint, bsnl people works full day and nothing happend and they do not solved any problem till date. Can you tell us when our broadband connectivity will work properly.
