Dear Sir,
We have office at F.C road and our consumer No.160260023567, We were linked with Bank of Maharashtra for our bill
payment for last 4 years (ECS), but since last 3-4 months we are instructed to pay our bills at the MSED counters, which we paid
as we were told. Now the latest bill of 29-09-08 where the last due date was 13-10-08 which was paid at the counter on before
the due date (Rs 740/-) Now after paying in cash, suddenly the ECS was activated an the same amt was taken out of our account
on 10 th of oct 08, So we were made to pay the bill twice in month, now we called the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution co.
offices but no satisfactory reason or answer we got .please advice what we should do. -thanks -Ranjit Garud
