We have been trying to contact Sri Ma Krupa over phone (Numbers: 26563350 and 26562087) for our Gas booking. We have tried both these numbers in vain for over 3 months now. Both numbers ring but there is no response. At times we get an engaged tone indicating that their line is busy. But is we try a few mins after that, there is a ring tone but no response. There are no other registered phone numbers for Ma Krupa. Is there any other way of Gas Booking available? Pls note that we are not in a position to go to their office premises personally. Is it not the responsibility of Gas Agencies to update their numbers and respond to customers on time?
