Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that the delivery procedure of gas cylinder is very very poor. Inspite of booking for the gas cylinder well in advance, we are not getting the delivery in time. It is very difficult for the lady of the house, being alone at home during the day, to lift the cylinder and keeping it out and at the end of the day to lift it back inside.
Gas cylinder is a necessity and not a luxury item, so don't you think that it should be easily available? Hence I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to make things easier and convenient for the consumers.
