Very late dilivary

Hello this is shashi sharma my consumer no. rg 12351. i hahe booked my gas on dated 14/10/09. but till date ihave not recived due to niglisens of raj gas jhansi . what he is doing with bharat gas god knows. his supply is very poor last 1 year. so in this regard i am not happy with the service of bharat gas (raj gas jhansi). so do the needful as soon as posible. shashi sharma 402/2 c.p. mission compound jhansi mob.no.9005095313
