Non delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

i am working in indian navy and i got a gas connection with my mother's name (R Leela) under the consumer number 619602 from taliparamba branch, kannur, kerala (ph: 0460 2202837).

i booked gas cylinder on 14 jun under the booking number 22284 and not yet received. and also not giving a confirmed reply when they deliver the cylinder.

it is requested that an early action may taken in this regard.
