Gas Connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name Srikanth Devulapally, i am resident of Pune city, Maharastra. I require a gas connection for which i met the delar near to my house (hadapsar). From one year When ever i went to him he told me that plase come after 15 days for new gas connection. Every time the answer was same from him. Please let me know when can i get new gas connection.for new gas connection whom to i met.what is procedure for new connection.
