I have a bharath petroleum gas connection at "Venus gas Agency trivandrum"(Reg No: 1887). Till now I was very much satisfies with your service. But for the last one and half week I am suffering the gas shortage problem. I booked for the cylinder on last monday (28/07/08); and after that every day I am making calls also. Response of them on every day is same, and they are telling that "we supplies it today and you will get it today itself". I had a trust on you, that is why I have taken connection from you. Dont sink me in gas shortage difficulty. Kindly do the necessary action in order to avoid the difficulty.
