Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have shifted my place of residence from 1287, 3rd Cross, KM Puram, Mysore - 570004 to 355, 4th Cross, Roopa Nagar, Bogadi Post, Mysore. My HP gas dealer is M/S Samrat Gas Services, Panchamantra Road, Kuvempu Nagar, Mysore - 570026. I submitted application for transfer of my gas connection today, 16th Oct through my sister's daughter Sushma Sharma and the application was rejected by Samrat Gas. They are asking for ration card, 2 passport size photographs rental agreement with new owner and so on. I do not have any of these documents with new address. I have shifted to My sister's daughter's house on 8th Oct. I may not be available for a few weeks from now to discuss this matter with Samrat Gas as I'm going to attend to my mother who has been hospitalized in Davanagere, Karnataka.
I request you to help me to get my gas connection transferred. My Sister's Daughter is Sushma Sharma and she would be taking care of this connection transfer on my behalf. Could you please help her with this?
