Gas cylinder is very delay

I am Dattatray Vartak & Gas consumer no. 614662, I have booked gas on 03.10.2008 but still on 13.10.2008 not getting deliver. we have only one cilender & cylinders not getting on time it is always delay from u r side, pls send as soon as possible.. and your phone lines also always angaged solve this kind of problems earlie
