Not Recieved gate2009 scorecard

Hello Sir,

My name is Praven Kumar Tejania and I have taken the GATE 2009 and have a score of 72..03 percentile. I have not recieved the score card yet. The colleges are asking for scorecard and are not ready to entertain the application without the card. Please advise what is to be done. My registration no. is CE 3330139.
