I have resigned the company. I submitted form for PF (Provident fund) withdrawal docs to my organisation on 18 Dec'08 and when I hav done enquiry with my office they are informed it will be crediting to your account directly which was furnished duely on the docs.

My PF no. is, AP/29968/788 and Form sent by company on to PF dept. on 23/JAN.

kindly do the needful for my PF settlement.
