DAMAGE TO SHIPMENT/NON RESPONSE OF THE COMPANY

Dear Sir,

I had booked my household items from Bilaspur (CG) on 29 May 08. I was to be given assured delivery of the same at Bhiwadi (Raj) on 04 Jun 08. However not only was the delivery later than the assured delivery date, but also the items were totally damaged and beond use. I had taken open delivery as also I spoke to the Head Office Mrs Maya at Secunderabad. I submitted the written complaint to the company on 5th Jun 08. However after having heard no response from them for almost 3 months, I spoke to them and again registered my complaint on the website of Gati. Till date there has been no progress on the same and though i have done my level best to settle the damages and claims amicably, there has been a very poor response from the company. My Docket number is 420638760. Even when you check the same on the website, the damages and details are very clear about the carelessness and pathetic approach of the company.

I approach you with the premise that things will be sorted out and settled soon.
