I have booked my entire house hold goods from mumbai to be transported to agra on 28 nov'09 and till date i have not received any information about where my belongings are.
the company promised me that the consignment will reach to agra within 3 days and till date i have neither received any confirmation call nor my insurance paper for the consignment.
its really very painful and traumatic that i have not yet received my consignment. i think the company has ditched not even me but many more coz everytime i call them they have n number of reason to mention..
an appropriate action must be taken soo that such frauds cannot dupe the innocent one.
