There are many issues "mentioned below" regarding Gaur Homes, Govindpuram project.

We are paying 1 RS per square feet 10% Tax additional charges every month.

1. No builder ask extra charge for swimming pool GYm while residents already, paying so much

amount (1 RS per square feet 10% Tax additional charges every month), but this builder gaursons

India pvt ltd is demanding additional charges RS 10, 000 for swimming pool GYM.

2. There are very few security gaurds under building premises and these gaurds are not trained.

3. There is no attender assigned inside and outside the lifts in case of emergancy.

4. Monkeys are playing in the Gaur homes flats and with flat residents like zoo.

5.No parking is alotted and already residents paid parking charges.

6.Many times, no one hears maintenance complains for inside the flats.
