UNWANTED DEDUCTION FROM MY DEMAT A/C

I had opened a Demat account with Reliancemoney (Reliance Capital Limited) in NOV.During this period many times I had noticed that they deducted many times lots of money from my account and after that i mailed them and there is not any response from them, no body reply, And thats why i want my all deducted moneyt back from them what can i do for that.
