Refund not received

I submitted a form in the EWS housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Koyal Enclave near Loni last year in the month of Feb. 2008. It has been almost 1 year, and 2month the allotment is not done yet and I have not received the refund yet. I want to know about koyal Enclave status please immediately informed me otherwise Pls refund the amount
