I submitted a form in the EWS housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Koyal Enclave near Loni last year in the month of Feb. 2008. It has been almost 1 year and 4months, the allotment is not done yet and I have not received the refund yet. I want to cancel my application. Pls refund the amount. else i will have 2 launch a complaint.
