Late gas delivering

Dear sir,

I am customer of gemini enterprises at next to tehsil, nagarfgarh, I have booked my cylinder 12 days before but when i called 6 may to the office the said to me that the cylinder will be delivered 7 may but today 12 days over, the refill cylinder have not received then i decided to complaint to the indane gas agency .when I called up the toll free consumer line 18002333555. first time they pick up my phone but you are put on hold indefinitely and another time the number show me busy. this is to be always and all month.
