I would like to bring in your kind notice that I was working in teamlease and was deputed in Ge money, at-mastercanteen square, bhubaneswar, orissa.751001, my date of posting was 15/12.my employee no was --67538. my relive date was 21/09. Till date I have not received my pf amount .so kindly need ur help & sent me the pf withdrawal form and the formalities in my mail id
