GE Money Cash Card
Account Statement not receiving

I am manoj verma i have GE money cash card for the last more than 6 months i am not receving my statement. All of a sudden i receves phone call for paymant with late charges. If i don't have any account detail what is the amount and when should i pay what is the date of payment. Whouth sending me these statement how can they charge. I am requesting for the last five months kindly send me my statement and take full money and close the account but no body taking any action. Only every months they are adding intrest charge and late charge. Even Whouth statement i was paying till january.

Now i want to my statment and close the account Please help me i become very frasted.
