Incorrect charges and Lack of processing knowledge

Hi,

My name is Rajkumar Singh, Card Number: 4211 8920 1616 1678, I have been paying them regulary, and have paid them almost more than Rs. 50000/- till date, I have been regulary clearing all the dues but once I called their call center just to inquire the procedure about converting the EMI amount back to the normal (I have converted around rs. 28000 into EMI for 24 month of which I am paying them around Rs1500 monthly) instead of solving my query they cancelled all the EMI and converted the entire amount to narmal and they are asking he to pay the entire amount and also charged heavy intrest on the same. I tried calling up the Customer Care but all the efforts in vein, They promise call back within 24 hours but I am waiting for Past 1 1/2 month for that 24 hours to come, I even mail them but still no response.
