Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that I have been using GE Money Card No.4211xxxxxxxx4231 for the past 7 years. I have never defaulted in monthly payment till date and never paid late fee payment. Last month I did not receive the statement which I reularly receive. Therefore, I deposited an amount thinking that the amount would be less than what I usualy get. In the previous months I had paid between 1700 and 1800 therefore, I paid Rs.2500/- From the first week of August I started getting calls from GE almost everyday and many times. I explained to them that I already paid and they said I paid Rs.218/- less and they wanted me to pay. I asked for a statement to know why I have to pay that much for which there was no reply from you. Then they sent their man to collect the money to my office for whcih I objected. I was embarrssed to see the person coming and behaving in a very rude manner as if I have not paid them anything. Again I explained to add the amount in the next statement and send the bill as it is time for me to receive the statement.

To my utter surprise, again the person came to my office asking me, are you going to pay or not. I was totally embarrssed and I have never faced such a situation ever in my life. My husband is serving in the Home Ministry as a GO in the rank of Dy Commandant now posted in MP.

Would you please look into this and see that these people would not escalate the problem and put me into sucha embarrassing situation.

Please look into this and do the needful to me.
