Noise Pollution-Loudspeaker in public area

Dear Sir/Mam,

We want to make complain against noise pollution.one sense less person Ramadheen Verma (Address-F-1014, Rajaji Puram, Lucknow-226017, Near shanti Shiksha Niketan). He does start loud speeker daily (3 times a day) in full volume in public sector. Every body is so much disturb due to noise.we had directly say to him but he did not stop loudspeeker.

So kindly register that complain & take action.
