I HAVE BOUGHT TO AND FRO TICKET FROM HUBLI TO BORIVILI AND MY PRN NOS ARE T21991351 &T21991352 (TICKET NOS 19812801 AND 19812802) FOR THE DATES 18.02.2011 AND RETURN ON 19.02.2011 THRU CORONA AC SLEEPER. WHILE RETURNING FROM BORIVLI I FACED A PROBLEM. THERE IS NO ADDRESS ON THE TICKET WHERE WE HAVE TO CATCH THE BUS. ONLY THE PICK ADDRESS IS MENTIONED AS "OPP. HOTEL GOKUL, 09892772367" I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH HOTEL GOKUL ARE THERE IN BORIVILI AND WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE MOB NO GIVEN THE SAME IS SWITCHED OFF. THERE IS NO BOARD AND DRIVER/CONDUCTOR ARE NOT HAVING MOBILE NUMBER. I WAS VERY UPSET WHERE TO CONTACT. SEE WHAT WILL BE THE POSITION OF PASSENGER WHEN HE HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH A CORRECT ADDRESS TO CATCH THE BUS. WHEN I ENQUIRED THE NEARBY TRAVELS LIKE VRL ETC THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T KNOW. IF YOU ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE YOU GO TO DELHI AND WHAT WILL BE THE POSITION OF YOURS. I REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE THE PASSENGER WITH CORRECT DETAILS LIKE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE SHOP WHERE TO REPORT THE PASSENGER. I EXPECT A SATISFACTORY REPLY TO MY NUMBER 08762148586.
