I would like to highlight one complaint against Regent Automobiles (authorised dealer of General Motors India).
My car bearing registration number DL3CAE 3240 met with an accident on 3rd of Feb on the very same day i handed over the car in the gurgaon (haryana) service center of Regent Automobiles and i was told that it will take 04 to 06 days for getting the repair work done in my car and according to the Body shop Manager Mr. Devender and the General Manager of the workshop i was supposed to get back the car on either 9th or 10th.
To My surperise today on 14th of Feb while confirming the status of my car i have been told that Regent automobiles does not have the parts available in the stock and they can not specify me the vehicle handover date.
i'm stayin in Janak Puri New delhi and my work place is in Noida (U.P.) with ZEE News and it's really very tough for me to manage daily to office without the car, majority of the days i get delayed to work and become a late comer in the office.
I request to you to kindly highlight my plight to the concerned department and people so that the kind of pain and misery i have gone through and the kind of bad experience i had with Regent Automobiles no one other faces that and corrective measure can be taken to rectify the same.
if possible kindly provide me with the contact numbers of the customer grevience cell of General Motors India.
