Dear Madame,

I recall the meeting at Talera Motors showroom on tadiwala road pune on 23.01.08, where we shared our experience with your company, I would like to put this on record and would be taking up the matter with General Motors as this is not the only unpleasant experiences with your company, at this moment we do-not have any direct complaints with General Motors, but they have every right to know their customers experiences at the hands of their authorized agents:-

Experiences:-

1. When the spark ps model was being booked by us all inquiries were made about various pricing of extras in this respect we were quoted a figure for body colour bumpers to which we agreed and okayed only to know a day later upon inquiring that the price quoted was for only one bumper - now who on earth would buy a new car with two separate coloured bumpers? and were told a higher figure. which was absurd and we had to contact our sources at GM plant to set this right.

2. Though almost 24 hrs have passed since we asking for a simple explanation as to why the car has clocked 90 Km from the showroom to service station at wagholi at the customers expence (please we are not looking for any refund), forget receiving any reply even basic apologetic approach is not shown - I wish to clarify this matter further when a call was made to the service center around 2:15 pm on 23.08.07, I was informed reliably by Mr Vijay that the car is ready (since it was kept overnight from 21.01.08 on my instruction upon advise from the service center as a certain matter needed to be sorted out). As I was informed the car would reach showroom around 3:00 pm, upon reaching the showroom around 5:45 pm we find the car had not arrived and had to wait for more than 30 Min's for the car - Hello! does someone at Talera Motors need to answer?

Its a pity that due to actions of certain irresponsible persons the whole experience and joy of buying a new car from a world wide reputed company is robbed from customers and this experience is shared by my friend who incidentally purchased a similar model on the same day with me.

I hope this communication is treated in the right spirit and request authorities at General Motors to look into the customer care divisions so as not to bring disrepute to themselves.
