Delay in Passport

HI,

My self is parvinder kumar. I had applied for new passport on 27th april. My application no. is Z160704 and i applied in Gurgaon (Haryana) regional passport office.

All the formalities was done. Police report was also completed. But till the date passport not recieved.

Plz help me.
