I am a consumer of LPG supplied by the above company and my consumer no. with them is 03484. My LPG was booked over phone on 2-2-08 but till date they have failed to supply the gas cylinder. On enquiry, it was intimated that no booking was recorded in their computer on that date. Cause for inordinate delay in supply has been shown as closure of a number of bottling plants in West Bengal.
