We have been using the Genpure Misty fresh ro purifier and we found ants in the water given by the purifier. we reported this about a year back, the service provider supposedly fixed the problem. the problem recurred and the service provider asked for a fees again. For now they have refused to come and fix the problem. this has left me in a fix.
