My Employer has submitted Form NO. 10-D for my Family Pension Claim to RPFC, Bandra, Mumbai on 12th July. in respect of my EPs No. MH/4638/352.
The same is not yet settled till date. Even, during my personal visit to their Office on 17th October I was told that the claim could not be located, although I showed them the copy of my acknowledgement.
I request your intervention.
