Non Recipet of my Passport

Dear Sir,

Pl.be informed that I have submitted my application for the passport on 6th March'09 file no. LKO A050300 09 but till date I am not in recipet of my passport, though all the enquiries have been done by 18th of April'09.

This is to informe you that I have to go abrod on 19th of May'09.

Kindly do the needful at earliest.
