Reference to our complaint no 097101001055, registered in Oct and telephonic call from your office, we are resending you three photographs in the attachments which show the quality of work done and negligence of your service centre.

Thanks for your understanding and looking forward to an appropriate action to replace the one defective Air Conditioner and rectify the serious faults in installation of other two AC, since Three units were purchased last year.
