Non Deliver ATM card from SBI Head office, delhi

Sir,

I have apply ATM in Chennai Chamiers road Branch. But Still Now I am not get card. So i enquiry to bank.. but they told card came from Delhi.. Postal date 03.07. Air way bill No ED 811448397IN.. Through speed Post.. But till now i cont get that post.. so please do the necessary action for this issue.. waiting for your favourit reply sir.
