The entire area around Windsor Park Commercial Comlex remains littered by used plates, cups and bottles thrown away by the cosumers of eating joints and liquor shop. Stray dogs loiter and the entire area stinks in the morning. GDA officials must prevent misuse of public places by the culprits and ensure proper standard of cleanliness otherwise Indirapuram will soon become Dharavi!
