Massive power cut low voltage

Respected Sir,

It is to inform you that i m residence of Shalimar Garden Ext-II b-block near SM World mall Ghaziabad, the condition of electricity power here is horrible, daily there is power cut for atleast 8-10 hrs, we have many times complianed to the electricity department but they are not willing to take any action and say that "its not in our hand" or "whatever you want to do, do it by yourself", we are fed up of living in such circumstances, often it has been seen that our nearby area are getting proper electricity and we are having power cuts, i dont know why there is such partiality! it is well know that the member of electricity department are having their conspirency and are illegally providing power to some of the industries.

My request to you is to take some serious action as you would be also realising that given such circumstances it is almost impossible to survive here. Kindly take proper concern of the matter.
