Gift360
Product not delivered

I ordered (order no 51162) on 28th May to gift360 over the phone through citibank credit card payment, but the product has not yet reached me.

And the customer care people are very rough and unprofessional in handling any inquiry made to them inspite of calling them umpteen number of times.

Many a times I was given incorrect information.

I think that gift360 is a fraud company and there should be legal actions on them for holding the valuable money and wasting the time of the consumers.
