I have ordered this Sony Ericsson mobile phone fron this place. The payment was taken IMMEDIATELY without a seconds delay, and i was told i would RECEIVE the product within 12 days. After the stipulated time period i call them up and they tell me they will deliver it within 12 "working days"..Next time they say 15 working days..Now they have told me to wait for another week. The customer service is USELESS as they fail to explain the delay, and are hardly apologetic and are more focussed on getting the next order. I STRONGLY suggest staying away from this place, as this is not an exceptional case. My previous order too had taken about a month to arrive. I have heard of cases where people haven't received their products for months on end..STAY AWAY FROM gift360.in!
