I had a compliant regarding ginger Bhubaneswar.
.I am a regular customer of ginger hotel bhubaneswar staying from 6 months. Recently gigner bbsr installed TATA sky for more channel.
They were claming that 127 channel will come.worst part they discontinue the old channel service and install TATA sky without any package. Only DD1 and some free channel were coming. After 1 week 6 apr they gave chennel.
1) star plus2) DD news3) Astha4) Sanskar5) stargold6) star news
No MTV, Music channel, sports channel, sony, setmax, zee, UTV nothing. Dono what is the need of tv then and for which facility they are charging money from us.
Manager said only this channel will come for 1 yer.
Please do some action, they should provide these facility or reduce the cost of room charge, i have no option. Why they claiming for good facility.?
