I submitted a compalint to the workshop of Giriraj Motors in the month of October in terms of which the music system of my car was repaired and I was charged vide Invoice No. 120084014. The same problem persisted and so I sent my car again for ratification of defect. It may be noted that their executive charged the repair charges again for the same defect (vide Invoice no. 120084225) but still the problem persisted in the music system. In this regard I informed them vide letter dated 17.10.08
Then they again kept my car for 2 days i.e. on 17th and 18th November due to which I even spent Rs.5, 000 on taxi etc. but the situation remained the same. In this regard I again informed them vide letter dated 20th October but no action was taken
I am really upset from their casual and unprofessional approach and now I am planning to approach the consumer forum
