Not giving Gas

My consumer no OV 17081 and getting gas from your distributor M/S BRIGHT GAS AGENCY, 141, B K PAUL AVN KOLKATA 700005 Code no 99022621. The company/distributor will not accpt the booking not before 21 days from date of delivery and after making the booking they will not deliver before 15 days from the date of booking. IS IT POSSIBLE TO RUN LIKE THIS? PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER
